Order Fulfillment 

GENERAL FULFILLMENT TIMELINES 

While we often keep popular products on hand and ready to go on short notice, some products require production time. 

Engraved Add-On Plates 

Most Olive Branch engraved add-on plates are made-to-order. Our production team is busy running daily and orders are produced in the order in which they are received. 

For large commercial orders or orders with time-sensitive events, please contact us at info@olivebranch.com to arrange for special considerations. 

Trophies 

We keep ample inventory of most of our trophies. Trophy-only orders are typically fulfilled within one-two business days if received by 2:00 pm EST. During peak times, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and preparing your delivery.

GENERAL DELIVERY TIMELINES 

Olive Branch Awards & Recognition has long-standing partnerships with couriers such as UPS and the USPS. We leverage each one differently depending on the specific needs of each order. Determining factors that go into choosing a carrier for a specific order may include the delivery destination, weight and size of packages, and time sensitivity. 

Flat Rate & Economy Shipping 

To offset some of the shipping cost from our customers, we've made arrangements with carriers to get lighter weight and smaller packaged orders delivered at reduced rates through a program with UPS and their partnership with USPS. This method of delivery will be referred to as Economy during checkout. 

Economy delivery times range from 2-8 business days. UPS takes the initial package(s) to a centralized USPS hub and USPS handles the remainder of the delivery. 

Oversized Item Surcharge 

To ensure your order reaches you safely, an additional surcharge may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size, weight or special handling required. This item surcharge is in addition to standard shipping rates. Oversized Item Surcharges will be calculated during checkout. 

Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada Orders 

Alaska and Hawaii customers shipping rates are calculated by the carrier in real-time during checkout. 

Shipping fees to Canada are calculated by the carrier during checkout and includes a taxes and duties fee. 

We will provide you with a UPS Shipment Tracking number upon sending your order out for delivery.
