Scoring Guide

The scoring for this survey can be based on the responses:

  • Engagement Score: Sum the number of positive responses to engagement-related questions (e.g., questions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). For example:

    • Very Engaged/Very Likely/Yes, Always = 5 points
    • Somewhat Engaged/Likely/Yes, Sometimes = 4 points
